Bob the Cowboy Builder

Bob the cowboy builder is building Farmer Pickle's kitchen.

"Oi! Farmer Pickles! I'm now taking cash up front! So gimmi the dosh!" said Bob.
"Why have you started doin' that?" said Farmer Pickles.
"My boss says, uh, so just give it 'ere and i'll be off."
"But you can't leave my kitchen in a state like this!"
"Keep yer' hair on, i'll come back!"

Two weeks later, the only change in Farmer Pickles kitchen is that farmer Pickles isn't in it.
